Total Eden is delighted to advise that effective the 3rd of December 2012, Total Eden Pty Ltd acquired the Perth based landscaping business DME Contractors.
The purchase of DME is an outstanding opportunity to consolidate our landscaping business (Total Eden - Elegant Landscapes) and provide us with a vehicle to expand and invest into the north west of Western Australia, where DME have enjoyed strong customer support over many years.
Importantly, Mike Jones the owner of the business and his 40 staff will remain in the business and will continue to operate from existing sites. This acquisition will allow DME to continue to expand and build their business platform by focusing on customer and project delivery whilst leveraging the project management, technical, OHS&E and financial resources of the Total Eden group.
